Quotes, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

Quotes are based on the specifications provided, including packaging dimensions, materials, printing, finishes, quantities, and delivery requirements.

Changes to these requirements may affect the price and production schedule. Any revised charges must be agreed upon before the additional work proceeds.

The applicable currency, shipping charges, taxes, and any additional fees will be identified in your quotation or invoice. A quote request does not constitute an accepted order. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.

Any order-specific terms agreed to by both parties in writing take priority over conflicting provisions in these general terms, subject to applicable law.

Payments

Payment must be made according to the terms stated in your accepted quotation or invoice. Production begins after the required payment, final artwork approval, and necessary order information have been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment methods and any processing fees will be disclosed before payment. Credit terms or installment arrangements apply only when expressly approved in writing.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing details, contact information, delivery addresses, and packaging requirements.

Please notify us promptly if any information changes. Changes after order confirmation may require a revised quotation or delivery schedule. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect customer information will be explained before further charges are agreed.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the logos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials you provide.

By submitting these materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for the requested packaging. You grant Custom Packaging Arena a limited right to reproduce and adapt the materials as necessary to prepare proofs and fulfil your order.

This permission extends to production providers only to the extent necessary to complete the work. It does not authorize unrelated commercial use of your materials.

We may refuse or suspend an order if the submitted content appears unlawful or infringes another party’s rights.

Confidentiality of Client Information

Custom Packaging Arena is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ personal and business information.

We treat customer artwork, packaging designs, product information, order specifications, and communications as confidential. We do not sell this information, provide confidential designs to other customers, or disclose client materials to unauthorized parties.

Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information to complete relevant work, subject to appropriate confidentiality restrictions. Disclosure may also occur where required by law.

We will obtain your permission before displaying your confidential artwork or completed branded packaging in our portfolio, website promotions, or marketing materials.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We use reasonable safeguards to protect client information, although no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Artwork Submission and File Quality

Please submit artwork in the file format, resolution, and color settings requested for your project. Raster images should generally be supplied at 300 DPI at their intended print size. Vector artwork may be requested for logos and certain print elements.

Low-resolution images, missing fonts, unsuitable file formats, or color conversions may affect the printed result. If we identify a file issue, we may request a replacement or your approval of an adjustment before production.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of the materials you submit and keeping copies of your original files.

Proof Approval

You must approve the final artwork and order specifications before production begins.

Please check:

• Spelling, punctuation, and all printed text.

• Logos, images, fonts, and placement.

• Dimensions, structural details, and product fit.

• Colors, finishes, and printing instructions.

• Quantities, materials, and delivery details.

Approval confirms that the proof and specifications meet your requirements. Errors present in customer-approved artwork may require a paid correction or reprint.

Your approval does not remove our responsibility to manufacture products according to the agreed specifications.

Color, Materials, and Samples

Digital screens and printed materials display colors differently. Paper stock, printing methods, coatings, and finishes can also affect the final appearance.

A digital proof primarily confirms artwork, layout, and placement. It does not guarantee an exact printed color match.

If precise color matching, product fit, or a particular finish is essential, discuss physical samples, color references, and acceptance requirements with us before production. Any approved manufacturing tolerances must be included in the written order specifications.

Samples represent the materials and production process agreed for the project. Any material differences between a sample and the proposed final order should be confirmed before approval.

Packaging Suitability

Please disclose any special requirements before ordering, including direct food contact, moisture resistance, load capacity, or requirements for regulated products.

A product description or general packaging category does not establish suitability for every application. Any required certification, testing, or performance standard must be agreed in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of product labels and claims you provide. We remain responsible for any material or performance specifications we expressly agree to supply.

Design Services and Files

The scope, price, revision allowance, and deliverables for design services will be confirmed in writing.

Ownership or licensing of designs created by Custom Packaging Arena, including access to editable source files, will be governed by that agreement. Purchasing printed packaging does not automatically include every working file used in production.

If design work is cancelled, payment for completed work will be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.

Before production begins, we will review the request and confirm whether it can be accommodated. Any charges for completed work or committed materials must be consistent with the terms agreed before the order was placed.

Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because the products are made to your approved specifications.

These restrictions do not override any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

Production and Delivery

Production and shipping schedules depend on the order specifications, quantity, approval timing, and destination. Your order confirmation will identify the estimated schedule and any expressly agreed deadline.

Delays in payment, artwork approval, or required information may affect the schedule. We will communicate material changes to the expected timing.

If we cannot ship within the agreed timeframe, we will provide notice and any revised schedule, consent options, or cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law.

Shipping charges, delivery arrangements, and responsibility for customs duties or import fees will be stated in the accepted quotation or order agreement.

Quantities and Delivery Inspection

Any permitted quantity variation must be disclosed and agreed upon before production. These terms do not automatically authorize an overrun or underrun.

Please inspect your delivery promptly for visible damage, shortages, or differences from the approved order. Keep the packaging and take photographs where possible to help us investigate.

For missing or damaged shipments, contact our team with your order details. We will assist in investigating the issue and determining the appropriate resolution.

Quality Concerns, Returns, and Refunds

Because our packaging is custom-made, change-of-mind returns are generally unavailable unless agreed in writing. This does not affect remedies for defective products, production errors, or other rights under applicable law.

If you believe an order does not match the approved specifications, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or samples where reasonably needed.

We will review the concern against the approved proof and specifications. If we confirm an error for which we are responsible, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, reprinting, or a refund, subject to applicable law.

Issues caused by incorrect customer specifications, errors in approved artwork, misuse, or unsuitable storage may not qualify for a free replacement.

Please contact us before returning products so we can confirm return instructions and responsibility for shipping costs. Any agreed claim procedure does not remove rights that cannot legally be limited.

Website Content and Acceptable Use

Website text, graphics, and other content belong to Custom Packaging Arena or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

You must not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, upload malicious files, access restricted systems without authorization, or disrupt website operations.

If account access is provided, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

Liability

Disputes
